Research Interests:
Dr. Wright's preferred research interests include small-group communication and offshoots such as team-building interventions. He is also interested in diverse areas of organizational communication. He has published numerous works concerning small group communication theory and research. Dr. Wright has been with the department for over 25 years.

Teaching Interests:
His favorite classes parallel his research interests: small group and organizational communication. He has directed and served on numerous committees, however his preference is working on student theses in small group communication.
