Interests:
Dr. Konsky's research interests include: verbal and nonverbal strategies
that individuals use to achieve their communicative goals, especially
in situations involving sexual harassment; department academic leadership
issues, and cultural dimensions of the communication process.

Teaching
Interests:
Dr. Konsky's teaching interests include: Organizational Training and Development,
Communication Theory, Organizational Communication, Interpersonal Communication,
as well as the General Education course: Fundamentals of Communication.
Dr. Konsky stresses the practical application of communication theory
and research.
