Research Interests:
Dr. Kapoor's research focuses primarily on intercultural communication. During the last five years, he has conducted research on the multi-dimensional facets of individualism collectivism. Research on this topic has been published in: Howard Journal, Intercultural Communication Studies, World Communication Journal, Communication Research Reports, and presented scores of papers at ICA, SCA, and CSA.

Teaching Interests:
Dr. Kapoor's teaching interests include instructing the mass communication theory course, in particular media effects perspectives, as well as international and intercultural communication. He has served on committees concerned with topics such as: intercultural communication competence and black and white communication behaviors.
