Research Interests:
Dr. Comadena's research interests include nonverbal communication, social anxiety, and classroom communication processes, including the effects of teacher behavior on student affect and student learning.

Dr. Comadena also serves as Director of Graduate Studies and as the temporary advisor for new graduate students.

Teaching Interests:
He enjoys teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in social research methods, nonverbal communication, and interpersonal communication.
